Dick’s Italian Job is an Italian herb seasoning rub for the nights when garlic and herbs should do the talking. Rosemary, oregano, basil, parsley and thyme join lemon peel, black pepper and a touch of crushed red pepper.

Season chicken or pork tenderloin before roasting, toss it with potatoes and vegetables, or shake some over garlic bread. This is a savory, herb-forward blend without the sweetness of a traditional BBQ rub.
